  • Bring your Entries To The Car Show In Person On Saturday, March 8, 2025 From 8:00AM - 1:00PM.
  • Your paid admission into the MDA Car Show allows you to enter as many models as you want at no additional charge.
  • Judging Will Be Held Between 1:00PM - 3:30PM. Please Do Not Remove Models from the tables while judging is taking place.
  • Entry Forms Will Be Available On-line And At Registration Table
  • Awards Presented At 4:00PM On Saturday, March 8, 2025
  • If you wish not to compete in the contest classes, there will be "display only" tables available for you to bring models that you would like for the public to see. All club displays are welcome.

RULES: Please Read The Rules !

  • Any Models that have placed First in Class at previous MDA Contest are not eligible to compete. There will be a display area for past contest winners.
  •  Please have kit instructions with all “Out of Box” entries. Models that do not have instructions will not be judged.
  • No display mirrors can be used for the Curb Side category and all panels must be present and closed.
  •  Any Multi-Vehicle or Multi-Piece display will be considered a diorama.
  •  All entries will be checked for proper class placement before judging and will moved to the correct category if needed. Handling of models by the judging staff is sometimes necessary to make room for other contest entries. If you do not want your model to be handled by the judging staff, please do not enter your model in this contest. You have the option to put your models on the "Display Only" tables where your models will not be touched by the contest staff.
  •  If you have a large diorama, Please contact us about space for your display at (540)-629-4539 after 5:00.
  •  This contest has a “no sweeps” rule in effect and all judging is final !

 


8 foot Vendor tables are $25.00 each.
Vendor set up is at 6:30 am.
